So, here’s the thing… this program is not therapy nor is it a substitute for professional psychological services, psychotherapy, counselling, or the services of a trained healthcare professional. It couldn’t possibly be if I’ve never met you! If you decide to sign up for the free Module 1 or purchase Modules 2-6 (or 1-6?) you do so knowing this and you use the program at your own risk as I can’t interact with you to know how you’re interpreting or responding to each module and the material in it.

IF YOU’RE IN CRISIS this program is not the best starting place for you, and I would encourage you to seek out the services of a psychologist or healthcare professional near you who can help you with what you’re dealing with right now and help you get stabilized. There are many professionals who can help and one great place to start is by speaking with your doctor for a referral. There are also often many great no or low cost mental health services available if you check with your local community health centre.

BUT, if you’re stable right now and you’re not ready for or can’t afford therapy right now or just want to add this self-guided program to your own self-help program or existing therapy, then this program may be able to help. Again, as long as you know to go and seek help from a trained healthcare professional if your circumstances change and/or you’re in crisis.
